By using Apni Drive, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

• Minimum age 21 years
• Valid driving licence (2+ years old)
• KYC verification required

Booking & payment

• Full payment at time of booking
• Security deposit refundable within 7 days after trip
• Rentals include 200km/day; extras charged at per-km rate

Damage & insurance

• Basic insurance included
• User is liable for damages beyond fair wear and tear

Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• 50% refund within 24 hours
• No refund after pickup time
